Didn't Carruci say yesterday we were throwing the house at Cowher? Quick and subtle change of heart is this is true.

Yeah and Marty S said it was a possibility.

If Vic is THAT confident in his remarks he should write that word for word on his NFL.com column, he'll get a million hits

Point being, we're living and dying on every single spec comment, even Joe Logan right now

Carucci has turned into a negative nancy on the Bills, hes been crapping on us more and more.

Sure they may have been excited about Frazier. Sure. They may have even told Carucci they liked him a lot after the interview.... and then turned around and started working things out with Cowher.

**** YOU, Vic Carucci! You have knocked down our Bill Cowher idea several times. It's so obvious you don't want it to happen. Just like all the other National Media guys.

And if this is true...then **** you Ralph Wilson! You cheap piece of ****!

Please don't tell me we hire Frazier without even talking to Billick or Rivera first. Ugh.

Yesterday he said we were trying very hard to land Cowher, this makes it sound like we never tried though... Can someone confirm this was said..

PS. Carrucci said we never talked to Shanny...

Unfortunately this sounds more logical for this franchise, and you guys know this is true.

As terrible as this sounds, its Cowher or nothing for me right now. All my cards are on the table, if we hire anybody else i'll be freaking sick.

If I were to settle for a coordinator, Rivera would be my top choice over Frazier. I think I'm going to be sick.

I think you just answered your own speculation with this.

Hes another guy who, like Clayton, wont believe it until it happens.

Did anyone else hear this??? Every message board is posting the same thing from that one poster. Can anyone back this up. I could make a thread like this for Cowher if I wanted to.

I'm sorry but, I'll be shocked if Frazier is announced as head coach while the Vikings are still in the post-season. It very rarley occurs, especially recently.

If this is true, I hope Bills fans in the area organize some sort of protest. Or at the very least show their disapproval by not renewing their season tickets...

I would almost give up on the Bills if Frazier (Jauron, Jr.) was hired! He brings everything that Bills fans hate and everything that the players don't need, to the table. He not a very emotional guy, he's a "player's coach", he runs the Cover 2...so what again does he bring good to the table????

This was posted 50 minutes ago. Read the 4th paragraph. It doesn't sound like the Bills are going to be stuck on this one guy. And, carucci, for some reason, it seems just doesn't want Cowher here.

Regardless if the Bills like Frazier or not, why jump to hire him without interviewing other possible candidates? I still say the only way the search is over is if it's Cowher. Either that, or the Bills are just trying to piss off the fan base as much as possible. Buffalo at the very least needs to do their due dilligance.

That is exactly why all the people who say he would be a good hire like him...I have yet to hear one thing that shows me that he is an upgrade over what we've had...not one thing!

I think Ralph will lose more credibility with the fans if this is true. Bills fans will not accept a hiring like Frazier lightly especially after how close they thought they were to Cowher. If true, they will have a tough time selling the fans on this move.

In looking at the sub title it appears Cowher not accepting the Bills job.

Extremebillsfan247

In hindsight, I'm glad things turned out the way they did. Cowher probably wouldn't have done much better here than Gailey did. The difference would have been a much higher expectation for Cowher with his resume to succeed. He would probably already be fired or would have resigned if he had the kind of back to back seasons that Gailey had here because of that resume and not living up to it. My point being, this team would have struggled no matter who the HC turned out to be. The truth is Gailey only still has his job because of the lower expectation to succeed out of the gate than Cowher would have been warranted here. JMO
