Everybody including myself is hitting refresh on every board or news source they have every 5 minutes, including me. Im also losing my voice from placing so many unreturned or wasted phone calls.

So to save yourself some insanity and help your lack of sleep, a quick guide based on what I know, and what I think.

1- There's about a 0.00005% chance that Bill Cowher would sign before next week.

2- As far as Cowher, the only thing your looking for between now and Sunday is him saying he's NOT returning to coaching. If you get past the CBS pregame show on Sunday, and by the end of that Cowher doesnt state on the record he's not coaching, THEN Cowher to Buffalo will get some serious legs and you know he's interested.

3- Without question, Cowher is the Bills top choice.

So basically, pray between now and Sunday the Cowher to Buffalo does NOT get shot down.. It's not going to happen before Sunday
