If we hear nothing next week about Cowher from the Bills FO, and the Bills aren't interviewing, chances are Frazier is the guy but they don't want to reveal anything until the contract is signed post Vikings season.

Or maybe it's Rivera, who they haven't been able to interview yet??

But either way, I fully agree that we are unlikely to have an answer soon unless it's Cowher.
