All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

Try to guess the score of each game. If someone actually guesses one of the games correctly they win. If multiple people get any of the games right they split the pot.
Of course, winning this week won't make next week's games any fun. :)
p.s. I won't be tending this thread, so please copy & paste the teams in your reply so it's easier to award the winner(s). Thanks & good luck.
lol. beautiful. someone else has read that statistically speaking the most common score in the NFL is 20-17. It only happens something like 5 out of every 300 games or so, but that's 4.5 times more common then the next most common score pairing in the NFL.
you get a thumbs up from me. lol
my predictions?
20-17 home teams (as that's slightly more common then 20-17 with a road team winning)
That's interesting about the 20-17 score...but it's also no fun. It also makes sense, since I'd bet most offensive productions are averaging around 20 points per game.
NYJ 23, Cin 17
Bal 30, NE 20
GB 24, Ari 14
Phi 17, Dal 10

it's not the "average" score. it's literally the "most common". as in out of 100 games played 20-17 home team winning will show up a little more then 1 time on average (my memory of how common it is is fuzzy but i think it comes in at about 5 times out of 300 games played... though it might be 5 times out of 200... i don't really remember). Which is slightly more common then 20-17 road team winning. and about 4 times more common then the next most common score (which i'm really stretching my mind to recall but i think it was 21-17)
I remember that one fateful day when Coach took me aside. I knew what was coming. "You don't have to tell me," I said. "I'm off the team, aren't I?" "Well," said Coach, "you never were really ON the team. You made that uniform you're wearing out of rags and towels, and your helmet is a toy space helmet. You show up at practice and then either steal the ball and make us chase you to get it back, or you try to tackle people at inappropriate times."
It was all true what he was saying. And yet, I thought something is brewing inside the head of this Coach.
He sees something in me, some kind of raw talent that he can mold. But that's when I felt the handcuffs go on.
