Ok guys I think its great that one of our players is up for awards

but the more awards won the more money sed player will want and the better chance of hold outs and complications

I'm happy for him, but I kinda worry about these campaigns to get awards for our guys... It has a negative impact as well as a positive one... and sometimes I fear the negatives outweigh the positives in the modern day money league crap we deal with

I'm talking future contract demands and holdouts

not the award itself, but when a player starts to accumulate awards it will just drive up their asking price when that day comes.

and if he gets enough awards quickly he might hold out for a new contract and demand big monies

not saying this would happen, but these awards are ammunition players will use to grease thier bottom lines, just like probowl appearances etc...

Not directed towards you in particular, but I did misunderstand your response.

I was thinking that everyone was ignoring me....
