Saban (1), Rauch and Williams were the only three hired after the Championship games...

What I got from it is that Ralph has never known how to hire a HC!

So apparently we don't want our coach to be hired on February 1. Monday would be a great day to hire Bill Cowher.

Fair enough.

But the longer we wait, the more guys that go off the market and the more jobs that come open. Don't get me wrong- I'm glad we didn't get Weiss or Carroll, and Shanahan is the only guy that's signed so far that I wouldn't mind having here.

But what the **** was the point of canning our coach so early if we're just going to sit around and watch new jobs open up and prospects be taken off the market? This is very quickly turning into same ****, different day.

To be fair...what has opened?

Wash, Buff and Sea.

Wash - Shanny
Sea - Carroll

At this point nobody else has been fired. The Bills really could go as slow as they want. Who else is going to fire their coach? Dallas? Cleveland and Carolina are already on record that they aren't changing. Maybe Jax? Really, I can be impatient but the Bills are the only team really searching, atm.

Ohh, theres no doubt that we blew it repeatedly.

I think the data suggests that we often don't "pounce" and a lock up a guy as quick as some might like.

I think its more of a process than switch.
