I know that it starts tomorrow, and it basically tells Cowher that we want him...but maybe we should gear it more towards Ralph. I have a feeling that it's not money Cowher is after, it's power and Ralph isn't willing to offer more control and more salary for the assistants and players. So I propose you change it to this...

Hey Ralph,

Do Whatever It Takes!

- Paid for by frustrated Bills fans

Or maybe...

Hey Ralph,

We Want a Splashy Name!

I think both parties will get the point either way.

The Bills fans want Cowher at any cost, period.

I'm not changing the billboard unless

1- Cowher or one of his reps says he's not coming to Buffalo.

2- The Bills hire another head coach during the 7 day period the billboard is up.

I thought you were saying that you could and might change the words on the billboard throughout the week?

He can.. he's just not going to do it if he doesn't need to, I suppose.

I think I would want a RALPH refernence on the Billboard because I'm pretty sure Ralph hasn't green lighted some Cowher control and guarentees needed to land the man

I can.

But until Cowher either officially withdraws from consideration and/or we hire another head coach, there isn't a need to.

When/If either of those happen, then there will an immediate discussion, perhaps poll on what to change the text to.

I think

"Buffalo Fans
Want Bill Cowher"

Is very easy to send both ways. Letting Bill know we want him, and letting Ralph know.. we want him.

That's what I'm saying. His first billboard was the best one. But here's another idea...

Hey Ralph,

We Want Cowher Power

Paid for by Bills fans

How about a Billboard that states

Hey Ralph we want Cowher, and we know where you live so don't **** with us !

is that a little to over the top ?

Yes, and its by design.

After careful consideration, I didn't want to use the full name Buffalo Bills together for any potential legal ramifications

If some people here were in charge of the billboard, it would probably read like this...

Hey Ralph,

Die Already!

Paid for by former Bills fans

I vote for "Cowher Power"

Simple. yet effective.
