I don't think it's to late to fix the bridge we burned with Jauron.

Its like the whole Frazier and Carroll thing. No one wants to go interview for a job that's already closed up. *cough* Cowher *cough*.

He was low on my list anyways... not horrible news.

Garret, B.Schottenheimer, Grimm, Heimerdinger

Hmmm, very telling considering he actually knows Nix...the longer this goes, the more obvious it becomes that the Nix hire may end up killing this franchise.

John Doohickey, of the Oakland Tribune, reports former Oakland Raiders head coach Art Shell has declined to interview for the Buffalo Bills head coaching position, according to sources.

Disclaimer -- the above is a joke...just a joke. but it does seem like guys that would seemingly want a job as an NFL head coach are turning down this opportunity. the question is why? do they know someone else is already taking it, or do they really think it's a terrible opportunity -- so terrible that it's worth turning down the chance to coach an NFL team.

Wow....absolutly embarassing. This is beyond ridicilous...but totally understandable, this franchise is a joke.

NOT THE DUDE...

so let me get this straight....

john gruden, mike shanahan, john fox, russ grimm, ron rivera, brian shottenheimer and probably bill cowher are all not intereted in coaching the bills when we are the only opening in the nfl.... WOW, this team is in real trouble, this team is a joke, ralph sell the team to la and just move on... jesus christ.....

Fewell is looking pretty good to me at this point. Jauron with more emotion. He might be capable of stringing together some 8-8 seasons.

Could it be that he doesn't want to be a distraction for his team going into their biggest game of the year? Maybe he'll interview after the Chargers are done for the season.

That's what I was thinking, but didn't want to come off as a dreaming homer after posting it. You dreaming homer, you.

When you put it down in words like that it's freaking eye-opening!!! That said, it all goes away if Cowher signs on the dotted line. It also all goes away if we luck into the next great coach by process of elimination -- though we won't know that's happening for a while.

I'm starting to think the Bills have been black listed for something. Firing Jauron half way through the season? He is well respected in the league.

At this point, I'm NOT against Levy returning to the sideline.

Wow this sucks. I guess Rivera thinks Cowher is goin to the Bills i'm somewhat assuming and there's no point of goin to the Bills.

Um, he said ANY coaching positions.

He wants to concentrate on the playoffs.

AMEN!!!! There are many on this board who I think are mentally challenged.
The entire coaching staff was fired 6 days ago. If they hired a guy this week, many would be saying they hired to fast!!! They didn't do a proper search!!! Many of the potential "candidates" are still coaching in the Playoffs! Too many listen to the rumors, when in reality, very few really know what is going on. I think many here should get out of their feety pajamas, kiss their mommy and get out of the basement bedroom and get some fresh air.
