However, how is he qualified to be saying who SHOULD be sought as a candidate? If he is so great and picking coaches, why is he not a member of someone's FO?

I personally do not want Billick, The Ravens where built and still are, through personal moves by 1 Ozzie Newsome!! 2007 Billick was 5-11 and fired, replaced by Harbaugh, who took the team with a rookie QB to the conferance championship! No Thanks to Billick in Buffalo!!! IMHO

I agree. I'm not at all excited about Billick. But if the Bills are as concerned about HC experience as they say, it would seem like they'd at least interview the guy. Especially since he's publicly said that he's interested in the job.
