Join the team, do the presser, take the team to 4-0, sign an extension for 3 more years, blow the remaining games, put NFL coach on your resume.
I'm willing to be on your staff. Just know that I run a cover no-1 scheme predicated on not getting to the passer and not particularly caring about the run. DB's are always off the receiver by at least 10 yards, more so if it's 3rd and short.
Also if you elect for me to be on the offensive side of the ball, i like to try to out wit the opponents, so if it's 3rd and short, i like shot gun with an additional 7 step drop, screen it out low with little to no blocking, and see what fred gets us. I also like that the ball gets snapped on "hike" everytime and no variation. So everytime with 12 seconds on the playclock, we snap. It's going to keep us an uptempo team and reduce penalties. I elect to disregard the fact that opposing defense would figure that quirk out and anticipate the snap count. I also believe in lee evans as our WR lord and savior. As a result, i'll have him running long only and we'll get a QB who can't get it to him. Then we'll just take all that incredible depth that we have on the OL, convert them to WR's and make them the best blocking WR in the game!
