Russ Grimm to turn down interview

According to ESPN, Cardinals OL coach Russ Grimm is expected to turn down the opportunity to interview for the Bills' head coaching job.

Grimm will probably get his shot eventually, but he's not been any rush to get a head coaching job of late. His team is also still alive in the playoffs.

According the News, he is willing to interview, but not until after the Cardinals season is over.

I am sure he is pretty busy right now and probably makes more sense to think about it after they are finished with the season. Your goal is to win the super bowl and hard to think about other coaching opportunities I am sure.

I've been told that Ron Rivera is NOT, not interested in interviewing for the Bills job either. He's not interested in interviewing now, but if the job is still open would be when the seson is over.

I do not have a link to support this, but I've been told that.

I've heard the same things Pat. It seems people are more focused on winning with their current teams than even thinking about interviewing elsewhere. Which is admirable and is the way it should be in my opinion.

I've heard that both about Rivera and Grimm from separate links/people. That they're both potentially interested, but they both have good things going right now and they want to see them through.

I actually respect that point of view and I think you're going to see it happen a lot more in the future.

Gaughen says the same thing. It was in the Buff news, it stated that once the season is over he would def be interested in interviewing for the job.
