Campbell Ready to Contribute

This article eases the little worry I had for the Bills at the TE position.

Campbell fits into Buffalo's plans of becoming a more balanced offense. With more focus on the running game, Campbell will be expected to be a strong blocker as well as a receiver. Though Campbell said he is a good blocker, the 6-foot-6, 260 pound tight end can make plays down the field too.

"I really don't want to pigeonhole myself into being known as a blocker," Campbell said. "I can do a lot of other things. Now I won't be running streaks down the middle of the field for a pass, but I can make a lot of plays between 20 and 30 yards."

Campbell will be what we need him to be. A good blocking TE that can contribute with 15-25 catches.

Everyone's starting to get it. Two blocking TEs, two blocking FBs, more depth at RB with Gary and the possibilty of McGahee. What does it mean? All together now: More emphasis on the run.
