Grimm: actually before we start, i got some questions for you. Ifyou answer any of these not to my satisfaction, i'd like to be taken to the airport immediately. 1. What is the salary range? 2. Are you still intent on letting good players leave, signing players who are ok at superstar rates and then complaining there isn't money to sign two decent back up LB who we intend to play as back ups and not as starters? 3. Drafting is actually done by studying the players and not using a dart board, correct? 4. Will ralph be coming in and making one ******ed pick each draft still or has that officially been phased out? and 5. russ brandon will be kept away from me when football is being discussed, right? I will have 53 sub par players that i have to coach up to pretend to be an NFL team, i don't hvae patience to add a fake football guy.
