He would be my worst nightmare because i can't stand him personally... think he's an pompous ass. He rubbed me the wrong way in Ravens Hard Knocks on HBO.

We also need someone who can find a QB and develop him and implement a productive offense... which he was unable to do his entire time with the Ravens.

I also think he's lucky to have a super bowl ring.... defense one that championship... and the Ravens GM put that defense together.
