PUT AN OPT-OUT IN COWHER CONTRACT

If Cowher is waiting for a better postion why dont we put in an opt-out clause in his contract..................They do in college football all the time ......Then both sides would get what he wants ......................People what are your thoughts ??????

you shouldnt have to if the front office BRANDO,OVERDORF AND WILSON are doing what they promised . I wouldnt leave a good job with the option to leave if I am being treated well.......
