    The common thread is not the coaching.

    Wade Phillips, Greg Williams, Kevin Gilbride, Mike Mularkey, Bobby April, and Perry Fewell.

    These guys were so bad that they all got jobs immediately and with the exception of this year's crew being unproven in their new jobs they have all gone on to do well.

    So isn't the real issue the Bills front office's inability to use these coordinators correctly and the crappy talent that we are putting on the field?

    Coaches don't want to come here because our owner is second behind Al Davis in the competence department.

    wouldn't it be, "second behind al davis in the INCOMPETENCE department?"
