we havent had a solid qb since jim kelly and im really tired of captain checkdown, and fitzpatrick is clearly not are future. Unless we draft Bradford or clausen, we will try to develop brian brohm. do you think we should draft a qb in the first round or take a chance with brohm?

i really like brohm because remember in the atlanta game he tried to go down field alot just like jp losman. i dont like jp but at least he has balls to go down field unlike captain checkdown, but brian brohm is smarter and expands the pocket

Nobody on the roster is worth a ****. Trent might resurface as Brad Johnson 2.0 somewhere down the line for some other team, but that's about it.

No, I watched him play about ten games at Louisville and he was about 10% of the QB that Matt Ryan was.

This team definitely needs a new, decent quarterback. Trent DEADwards and Ryan BLITZED-Patrick are clearly not quality quarterbacks, and not a long term solution to the team's woes, any more than JP LOSE-man was.

Considering this years qb draft class, I would be fine with giving Brohm a chance. Free agency looks weak too.

I think Brohm has as good a chance as anyone to be the guy we need, so why not use our draft picks to improve the lines or get a stud playmaker like Rolando McClain.

I would also be open to a trade for McNabb if the price isn't too steep.

So my first choice would be to just go with Brohm and see what we have. He definitely seems to at least have the right attitude and is ready for the challenge. I wouldn't be upset if we drafted Bradford though.

I WANT A PROVEN WINNER AT QB!!!!!! I don't mind giving a young guy a chance, but I want a real QB in camp to compare to these young projects.

I'm not real picky....but lets get a guy in here with several years of starting experience who might have been with a otherwise weak team....and give him a chance too.

Fitz, Edwards, Brohm don't at this point look like starting NFL QBs. Someday maybe....

Drew Brees and Brett Favre were both 2nd round qb's who were given up on early in their careers by the teams that drafted them. They'll both be playing this Sunday and they're both pretty good.
