Players like playing for Wade and Wade has very very good defensive mind/scheme. With Garett pulling the offensive strings it's a pretty nice team they have over there and no reason to break it up.

I think he is getting smarter. It shows he is being patient and not panicking. His team did well this year and maybe a couple pickups in FA and a good draft can easily get them over the hump. No reason to make and drastic changes.

I think they will let go of Flozell Adams this year and sign or draft a new LT. They will also address the front 7. I think they can use a playmaking ILB and they need serious help at safety. They have never been able to resolve that position and it costs them every season.

Pat Watkins and Sensabaugh are not the answer. I would not be surprised to see the Boys draft Texas safety Earl Thomas in the first round.
