Sure we hired Buddy Nix and made him the General Manager of football operations. But what happened with the big house cleaning that we were promised? Where are all the changes? This is ridiculous!

Ralph Wilson (obviously still running the show!)
Russ Brandon (Not the GM, but he's the CEO of the team)
Tom Modrak (Still the VP of College Scouting)
John Guy (Still the VP of Pro Personnel)

Dick Jauron (about to be replaced by another average head coach, someone that no one else wants, Chan Gailey)

Jeff Littman is still here. Jim Overdorf is still here.

Again...what the hell has changed? :ill:

I'm an optimist almost to a fault sometimes, but this is a very uninspired hire to say the absolute least.

And to answer your question, the only thing that changed was Nix was promoted. That's it.

This has pretty much gone like I predicted and said after Nix was hired...Ralphy is a f'n loser!!!!

I really believed that we were going to finally get the change from the losing that we have grown used to. But after this soon to be hire, it's pretty ****ing obvious that Ralph is still a cheap bastard! It's obvious that he doesn't give a **** and isn't willing to do whatever it takes to win!

I feel bad for Russ Brandon. He's going to have a very hard time marketing this team. I don't even know if a McNabb hire would help stop the bleeding from the HUGE loss of season tickets....

bringing in a Qb like mcnabb might be the only thing that can help the team at this point

Market the team....

IT'S THE BUFFALO BILLS the team that we root for since we were kids....
Things have changed threw the years and the financial setting of the NFL we need to face the facts.....We are LUCKY to have an NFL team in Buffalo right now and we need to keep it that way......

I will still travel to see the team and I will still head to the RALP 1-2 times a year for a game....

I luv the BILLS either way..............

I fell for peoples "sources" one too many times. I bought into Shanahan. Then i bought into Cowher. When everything went down hill, i bought into Jason Garrett too. And we get Chan Gailey. What a disaster.

Hell.....I was finally ready to settle for Grimm or Frazier, especially after seeing how all these young first time head coaches have done...

Honestly...Ralph needs to go away...it's obvious that he has given up on this city and franchise. Just go away Ralph!

Buddy Nix was on the Bills staff already and was a promotion, along with Russ Brandon. Modrak and Guy still on board. However, they did pick up 3 no-name free-agents. Lastly, there are 16 less people on their payroll, of course!

I'm sure with Jauron out and Gailey in the Bills will soon be a powerhouse with this expansive restructuring...lol..what a joke, wake up buffalo!

But as for the Bills' changing their business model? Never.

Oh, it's possible, and I have a decade of proof to back my statement.
