The guy does have a lot of experience, especially in a winning culture which is exactly what this team lacks. Too many years our players have endoured Club Jauron and have not been held accountable for their **** ups. Well that seems to be over now.

So if this all turns out to be true, we won't have to endure another 1st time HC. I was really against hiring any coordinator this offseason, I just don't think the time and situation is right for that in Buffalo. I'm not against 1st time HCs, but not this time.

Let's give this guy, who has experience and who has proved he can win in the NFL a chance before throwing in your fan card.
