I always felt Frazier was an ideal fit as a head coach for 3 or 4 teams looking for head coach last year.

Colts' Bill Polian - best football executive of his era - probably would've hired Frazier if Caldwell wasn't groomed to replace Dungy.

If Polian puts his stamp on you - which he would in regards to Frazier - then you better think serious about hiring him.

As difficult as it sounds, hopefully Frazier finds a better match than Bills in 2010. He should've been someone's head coach this year, imo.

here is Ross Tucker (who I talked to on Sunday about Frazier, which is now meaningless

Bills couldn't get Bill Cowher so they are hiring the guy he recommended instead. I don't picture Bills fans being overjoyed w/ Gailey hire.

I agree with him. More than regretting Gailey, we're going to regret not getting Frazier.

Frazier deserves better than the Bills, so I'm sure it will work out better for him in the future.

For a guy that everyone in the media seems to love he really must be botching these HC interviews because we are not the only ones to pass him over

Personally that Tampa 2 he runs is the reason I think a lot of teams are turned off by him

good for frazier.. the bills would have ruined a potentially good career.. gailey's career was already ruined, so he wont by hurt by being fired in a few years.

Thank You!.. Whenever everyone else passed him over, they selected the "best guy", we pass over Frazier, and were going to regret it forever....

I'm glad we didn't get a chance to ruin Frazier's career. Good for him.

Who knows? Maybe the Raiders will have an opening this year. If not then we will see next year if Frazier gets a job or not, & if he does how it works out. I am not impressed with him myself.

Get over Frazier. The 1-15 Dolphins, the 0-16 Lions, the crappy Rams and now the rock bottom Bills have ALL passed up on him.

Who cares what Mort says? It's funny how if he disses Buffalo and dismisses a BS rumor from one of our insiders, people jump all over Mort. When he says something else, like Frazier should be a HC, people treat it like gospel. LOL

Frazier is GARBAGE.
