I like them... I like them Both (Nix and Gailey)

No, I dont believe we will see much difference if any on the field.

No, I dont think these were the best guys for the job.

But I like both of them.

Nix pretty much told Sullivan to shut up, and after hearing that ass clowns voice for so long, I him for that.

Gailey seems like a guy who wont mix words, will grab this team buy the balls when its needed, and someone who wont tolerate loafing, laziness, and lack of focus.

If attitude alone brings this team to the playoffs (It wont), I think we might be on our way.

If nothing else, these guys bring a whole new attitude and approach and its refreshing. Doesn't mean new will be better, could just be different with the same results, but...

I like them both... There I said it. Now flame away.

Its far from unexpected... acceptable? at this stage NO. But if they win, we will all be just fine with it.

I really don't have a choice as a Bills fan. So, I will be hoping for the best. But, no, I don't expect significant improvement. In fact with the likely changes in schemes, I expect us to get worse before better.

Honestly. They both seem like strong minded individuals.

I thin we've actually got a coach who can LEAD a team. He seems like a strong spoken leader. And he believes in tackling, blocking, passing and catching. All fundementals. Kind of what the Jets are doing.

The Rex Ryan comparison is a good one, I think they are real similar. Rex isnt a genius by any means, but he brings the same mentality to the game that Chan does. The problem is that the Jets have a much stronger roster, at least across the lines, and have a QB who has shown much more upside than anyone so far on our roster.

                As long as we're winning. . .
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?

I'm not sure I will ever need to answer that question.

I don't see Chan playing nice nice with a guy he doesn't believe can win for him. So, I don't think I will ever need to answer that.

I'm more than a little disappointed. Im flat out frustrated. But, we have no choice, and I like what I'm hearing from these guys. Talk is cheap, lets see what they can do on the field.

I can see you are buying right into the crap. tackling, blocking, passing and catching. Give me a frigging break this is not a college team it's a professional football team they better believe in those things and they damn well better be good at them. Tell the people what they want to hear!
