We all have to remember how much Nix stressed that a coaching staff is just as important as the HC hire. The guy needs to bring in a very talented staff. If you remember, most of Jauron's guys were first timers. Wait till we see the whole picture before you bury Gailey and the team in 2010 and beyond.
