A handful of offensive coordinators who expressed zero desire to be here? A defensive coordinator who would run the same defense that simply doesn't fit our talent or location? Or an offensive coordinator with a career winning record as a head coach?

Looking back to Nix's initial comments, it really should be no surprise that Gailey was chosen. Unless I'm leaving somebody out, he and Billick were the only one's out there that fit the criteria.
