A retired coach who despite 1 member of the media's claims has shown zero desire to come back? A handful of wining head coaches who expressed zero desire to come here? A handful of offensive coordinators who expressed zero desire to be here? A defensive coordinator who would run the same defense that simply doesn't fit our talent or location? Or an offensive coordinator with a career winning record as a head coach?

That no one wanted to come here is undeniable evidence of the incompetence of this organization not a defense for it.

Looking back to Nix's initial comments, it really should be no surprise that Gailey was chosen. Unless I'm leaving somebody out, he and Billick were the only one's out there that fit the criteria.

I'm actually a little bit surprised that they did just what they said they were going to do.
