The Bills just hired a 70-year-old rookie general manager, who hired a 57-year-old retread coach, and together they are supposed to lead Buffalo past Bill Belichick and Tom Brady, past Rex Ryan and the Jets, past Bill Parcells' Dolphins. It's like watching your Uncle Ned run the Boston Marathon and hoping he can beat the Kenyans.

Got news for all the lemmings.

This is how the country perceives this team, and its situation....right or wrong.

Buffalo is an afterthought.

And the brainless trust at 1BD do nothing to shed that perception.

Hell, we do that now! But we're like a family. We can say terrible things about the Bills to each other, but we won't let outsiders do the same.

That's not true we're not Detroit fans or Oakland fans or Tampa fans but we're not bashing them. These guys are plain asses who are full of themselves. They are also pissed becaused they couldn't predict the Gailey hiring.

I've never cared about our perception, or what a tool like this writer thinks. Why can't we win with Nix and Gailey? But as an old guy, I AM a liitle sensitive to jokes about age, when Gailey seems like a kid to me.

We won't get respect until we win guys. It is that simple.

And who really has any reason to believe this will be a different hire until Gailey proves it on the field???

I hope we play New England at home, the first game of the season because I think that is Gailey's perfect opportunity to win the fans over.

I can't speak for you, but I bash those franchises every chance I get.

I wrote power rankings for almost every week this season and I think every single week I took a shot at these teams, along with the Bills.
