***Offseason thats easier to read and with some changes***

    ***Buffalo Bills 2010 Offseason***

    OC/Ass HC- Dan Reeves

    DC Jim Bates

    Resign

-He was having one of his best years before he got injured. Him and Nelson for 2010

-Versitle, great backup and solid starter

2010 starter. He has done great, 94 tackles, 4 INTs, 2 sacks, 6 PDs. Those are great stats for a S

    Incognito (No Bills Pics)
    - Very tough G who will help us in many years

    Dont Resign

TO- I hope he goes somewhere else and does fine. He was not used well here
    Reed- Nope, not good enough
Denney and Ellison- Should not have been here half as long as they were
Draft- I like him, but hes getting old and we need some young guys as backups
Youboty- Hes pretty good, but cant stay healthy.

    Cut

McCargo- Never came throught and like Youboty, always injured
Fine- I think we keep Shouman and Fine becomes expendable
Fitz and Edwards- Both are not good QBs. I cant even call them bad without feeling like its a compliment. As Barkley would say, turable, just turable.
Parrish- Mistake after mistake, no hands, not route running skills. Hes a waste of speed

Easier to read? I feel like I was just sucked into reading a picture book.

Do you have a mock draft, Mitch? I think it would be easier to understand why you're making certain cuts, etc. if you provide an outline of who (or even what positions) you'd like to draft.

I agree with you on the "Don't re-sign" group. I'd like to keep either Edwards or Fitz, as well as Fine, personally. IMO, if Nelson can take over the starting job, I think TE is one position we wouldn't have to address this offseason. Agree on the "re-sign" group.

If we can't land McNabb, then I say keep Edwards, Fitz, and Brohm. There's just as much chance as one of them panning out to be a decent QB as there is with someone in the draft. An actual offensive line and coordinator is what we need... I really don't think QB is the main problem. The only QB that I'd think about taking in the draft is Tebow, and I'd only do that if we could get him in the third round. He could be used in a lot of situations and would allow Gailey to get very creative.

I will shortly. That was part 1, part 2 and 3 will be done within the hour. That will show FA and Draft

Some other cuts and resigns I just thought about

              Cut- Kirk

              RS- Draft, Simmons

Now are needs going into FA and draft are as followed

              I think Schobel will retire

              1. LT
              2. MLB
              3. QB
              4. WR
              5. DE
              6. DT
              7. RB

              Trade- 5th and 2010 6th for Thigpen

Note- This is to fight for starting job

              FA

Mark Clayton WR- Slot WR replacement for Reed, still need a replacement for Owens.

Jason Avant WR- This will be our new number 2. He comes in cheap and has improved in every year. Hes gone from 267 yds and 2 TDs 3 years ago, to 377 yds and 2 TDs last year, to 587 yds and 3 TDs last year. He is improving every year and is probably ready to break out.

4-3 DE Mark Anderson had an enormous rookie season with 12 sacks. Since then he hasnt reached over 5. But the team has done poor lately all around

Jason Spitz OT- Backup tackle, to replace Kirk

              Next is my draft

1st- Anthony Davis LT- I think Bruce and Okung will be off the board

2nd- Jared Odrick DT- Hes had a great season and with all the DTs in the draft he'll slip to the 2nd

3rd- Jevan Snead QB- He will compete with Brohm and Thigpen for the starting job. Its a cant lose situation

4th- Pat Angerer LB- Im pretty sure he will slip to the 4th

Kade Weston DT- Depth for the cut of Cargo

7th- Lamarcus Coker- RB- Hes a speedy RB who will be a good compliment to the power on our team

                      DC

WR- Evans, Avant, Clayton, Hardy, Johnson
