For the last two/ three years now we have had 15+ guys go to IR. Now to bring in a guy, from practice squad or FA, it had to cost us depending on position 400+ thousand right? this year alone we had 19 guys go to IR. So now we have to pay there salaries and 400+ thousand to bring someone in to fill the roster spot. WHAT THE HELL!!! To quote a guy from the radio today " its the kind of thing you would expect when the JV team plays the Varsity team ". In a violent league we have to make sure we can compete on a high level. You get injured when you are out matched physically and mentally. RALPH STOP WASTING YOUR $ AND GIVE US GOOD TRAINERS AND A BETTER FIELD PRDUCT.
