All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
does anyone know the potential list of D Coordinators?
does anyone know the potential list of D Coordinators?
I've been out of the loop for a while. All is Dean Pees was a posibility but he now went to Baltimore (wasnt that impressed with him anyway...) and Jim Bates was mencioned.
Any other names floating around?
The last time the Bills made the playoffs was 1999.
Re: does anyone know the potential list of D Coordinators?
Although a lot of fans don't like Jim Bates, I think he'd be best placed to get the most out of our roster.
He likes big DTs who stand their ground at the line of scrimmage. This should certainly utilise Stroud and maybe a big DT like Linval Joseph who we could draft.
He likes using fast speedy ends to attack from the flanks. As he developed Jason Taylor, he might be able to get Aaron Maybin and Chris Ellis playing.
He likes fast speedy smallish LBs. Considering the promising youth of Palmer and Harris, this might be a better way to go, than trying to knock square pegs into round holes to try to adopt the 3-4
