All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

All early moves point to Gailey retaining a lot of his old GT staff. Will he follow suit with the style of offense that he had success with in the NFL previously? Could we end up brabbing Vick and also Troy Smith?
Interesting thought...
Where else would you rather be than right here right now?
Gailey has had success with Jay Fiedler, Mike Tomczak, a fading, older Troy Aikman, plus Stewart. He has worked with what he has inherited.
I don't think he will necessarily bring in slash types.
Should have known, way back in 1960 when we drafted Richie Lucas Number 1, that this would be a long, hard ride. But who could have known it would be THIS bad?
As much as it pains me to say it, I think we're gonna start the season with Edwards again...

"You're not going to find a more classier, down-to-Earth person away from the field than Marv Levy. He's a guy who's pretty much made me what I am today as far as a professional player and a person."
***Jim Kelly***
just a possibility...I didn't say I wanted it to happen but look at the trend so far of hiring familiar faces. I think we would be smart to expect that he will copy some of his old success. Personally, I would like to see a strong armed QB that can with stand the weather, hits and criticism. Is there another Peyton Manning available? huh
Where else would you rather be than right here right now?
if edwards is the guy = they are just riding their best available option and don't think much of the three.
If they start brohm = they've worked with him a bunch during the offseason and see something there.
If they start fitz = they already ordered the moving vans to OBD.
Yikes... We'd almost be better off dusting off Joey Harrington and bringing him in to compete. The sad part is he just might be an upgrade over those three.
