They had him workout at both 3-4 OLB and 4-3 DE at the E-W Shrine Game. I don;t really see him as a 3-4 DE. Size is there but his game is based on speed and beating the OT and getting the QB, the 3-4 DE job is a little bit different and doesn't suit him as well, imo.

He had a great E-W game, but I still wonder about him rotating out as much as he did, and his perpetual injuries.

If the staff feels like hes durable enough and has good motivation for the game, then Im fine with it.

Edge rusher with versatility in any scheme. Not a 3-4 DE prospect.

I never actually watched Hardy so im going of his 279 frame and guessing that hes power. How in the hell is he speed at that weight

I think Hardy put on a little too much weight at 279 and it decreased his speed which is why he has been very average lately.

Watching him in the Ole Miss bowl game he looked slow and I guess I know why now.

IMO, he needs to shed 10 pounds at least if he wants to be a speed rusher at the next level which is his strength.

The guy is not a power end in the mold of Tyson Jackson so a 3-4 DE is out of the question. He would even have to put on more weight if he wanted to do that.

I dont think he is that heavy???
I remember him being a NON factor this year compared to last year.
I have seen him play and he is a speed guy...
4-3 guy IMO

DB may be right I think he put to much weight on then..
