If a team makes a trade and receives 2011 draft picks as part of the deal, what happens if there is a lockout in 2011?
Do they lose the picks, are they bumped to the next seasons draft, or is there still a draft in a lockout season? And if there is a draft but no season, what determines the draft order for the next season considering there were no win-loss records for that year?
Just curious...if anyone knows.

Even if there is a lockout, there will still be a 2011 draft.
The current CBA, even though it expires, stipulates that the 2011 draft occurs.

Do the teams have to sign their draft picks?
