Caught over 60 balls only once in his career. Had one really good season (83; 1248; 7TD) and that came in a contract year.
He's not worth nearly the franchise money Tampa would have to pay to keep him, and he's not much better - if at all - than anyone we currently have to put in that spot.
There's a reason he's been on 4 teams in 7 years.
