Denver Broncos coach Mike Shanahan is looking beyond Jake Plummer's history of throwing interceptions, at least during minicamp.
"Jake is picking up the system and is showing improvement every day," Shanahan said today, the second day of minicamp. "You are going to make mistakes if you are a quarterback. I'm not worried about last year." Denver signed the free agent quarterback in the offseason.
Plummer threw 20 interceptions last season with the Arizona Cardinals. He threw 114 interceptions in six seasons and 90 touchdown passes....
