I saw this on ESPN yesterday while I was working at Dick's Sporting Goods. They talked about how Tom Brady and Peyton Manning fit it perfectly and that's another reason why they were so good.

I was just curious though, out of these 5 QBs, which one fits the mold the best? Hmmm.....

This was an interesting quote from the video...

Since the 2000 Super Bowl, every Super Bowl winning QB was at least 6'4, weighed a minimum of 215 lbs and was born in either Georgia, California, Ohio or Louisiana.

If you use that fact, then Sam Bradford fits everything but where he was born. Jimmy Clausen fits it perfectly, except he is only 6'3. Tim Tebow is from Florida and that doesn't fit, plus he is only 6'3. Colt McCoy is a bad match, he doesn't fit anything. And he's from Texas, who have never had a Super Bowl winning QB come from there. And guess who fits everything to a T....

Tony Pike! He's 6'6, 225 lbs, and he's from Ohio.

I doubt he measures that tall. he looks much shorter then that. he's probably closer to 6'0" then 6'3"

Agreed, I was shocked when I saw that on a couple pages. He looks much shorter.

Wow...Tebow is the only normal looking one out of the group! Seriously...this kind of looks like the glee club or something.

Then again, one other QB fit this scenario perfectly. :ill:

Height: 6'4
Weight: 231 lbs
Born in: Los Gatos, California

Have you seen some of the top QBs? They aren't pretty boys. We don't want a stinking pretty boy QB.
