All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.
Please use this thread to report any issues you come across

I don't know if Pat hasn't had time to get this started yet, but after I cleaned up the vomit on my lap...I figured I would get it out there...
BSD- Pennington being considered (http://www.buffalosportsdaily.com/2010/02/source-pennington-will-be-considered/)
May be a little BS, not by Pat, but maybe consideration isn't that
Maybe I'm missing something here, but I'm not sure why Gailey would be watching tape of a journeyman QB well past his NFL prime.
I reported that the Bills are going to be interested in looking at him. Some people like always will interpet that as me saying the Bills are going to sign him, though I never said that.
I spoke to a person, the same person that told me on January 26 the Bills were switching to a 3-4 defense and he told me that the Bills were interested in him as a possible short-term starter/mentor for a QB they would draft, or perhaps Brohm to develop.
I was told that someone, dont know if its Gailey, Nix of Whaley likes Pennington for the short term as he's a smart QB who wont turn the ball over and is very familar with the division.
(This is my opinion here based on things i've heard ---->) The Bills are going to acquire a vet this offseason via trade or FA. don't know who or when, but contrary to John Clayton and a few other reports, I do think Trent Edwards and Ryan Fitzpatrick will have to fight for a roster spot.

Gailey wants a mobile QB.....He watched the game years ago where Chad juked Eddie Robinson out of his shoes to score a TD....
Just remembered that play.....do you think Mitchell would have made that play?
Pennington is no where near "mobile" and he has a very weak arm. He is accurate but he really could struggle in Buffalo in november and december and ONE day January.
Vick makes way more sense than Pennington. At least he can run when the weather is loopy.
