All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!
Congrats to our former coach who I think wasn't as bad as many say. He got pulled too early. He'll be a HC again. great job of dealing with the Colts offense. Only gave up 7 points after 1st quarter.
Total douche... which we were reminded of this week. He should just be thankful Payton gave him the chance to get a ring. Not that he didn't do his part, but this was Payton's vision. I look forward to him flopping sometime as a HC again in the near future.
I wasn't impressed with either defense yesterday, and really the only play NO defense came up with was the INT, which was an extremely poor choice by Manning (somebody was wide open crossing underneath). The Saints offense did a better job of controlling the ball and keeping the Colt offense off of the field more than anything. Zero sacks, and only 2 punts.
Williams' defense didn't hold Manning to 17 points....Brees and the offense did.

The Saints defense wasn't that good...minus the HUGE interception. They gave up over 400 yards. Ehh...the guy is a ***** and is one person I was hoping would never win a SB.
Williams blows. I hope now that the Saints won the big game his name will come up on the hot list and he can get another shot at being a HC and fails again.
Lots of stupid and illogical sour grapes against Gregg Williams showcased in this topic. I disliked Williams as our head coach quite intensely during his tenure
However, while I think he sucks as an HC, he's obviously a good DC. His D held one of the top scoring teams in the league to only 17 points in the biggest game of the year. It does not matter how many yards were given up - all that counts is the points scored. All those Colts yards were ultimately futile ones, thanks to the Saints' D.
