The Buffalo Bills today announced the hiring of Eric Ciano and John Gamble as co-strength and conditioning coaches.

Gamble seems pretty solid: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/John_Gamble_(American_football)
as does Ciano: http://ramblinwreck.cstv.com/sports/m-footbl/mtt/ciano_eric00.html
They each seem to bring something different to the table. I am certainly not disappointed in these hires.
Edit: Also found this on Gamble, seems like a GREAT guy to have around, hopefully his work transitions to the field: http://www.miamidolphins.com/content/john-gamble.

I don't know if they are any good, but I know Gamble will kick the **** out of any of us.

haha I wouldn't go that far on this one Mikey...you just found a link. Now, George Edwards on the other hand was impressive!
