It looks like they have everyone on the offensive side of the ball, but what is taking so long to complete the defensive staff we have 3 position coaches, two of whom are not sure what they are coaching????

They have probably known for some time, it just hasn't been released before today.
Sanders will coach the OLB, Smith the DL, and Demonte Cross has been retained, and will coach the ILB.
