Talks between the Dolphins and quarterback Brian Griese continued Thursday, but agent Ralph Cindrich said yet another team called to inquire about Griese's availability.
That means Griese could have three alternatives to the Dolphins, Cindrich said. But Griese would like to get something done with the Dolphins.
Cindrich said Griese could land a big contract with another team, ''but it wouldn't necessarily be as good an opportunity'' as playing for the Dolphins.
One of the teams interested in Griese is Green Bay, which would like to add a backup who could possibly succeed Brett Favre. Favre has vacillated in recent years about retiring, and some in the Packers organization are concerned he might quit after the 2003 season.
