I don't see him fitting in the 3-4 as an ILB

Not gonna happen...this team is in no position to get rid of capable NFL players with decent sized contracts who have been in the league and have experience especially at decent salary.

The guy is a perfect for an inside linebacker position as long as he's not the roamer. The guy is a good blitzer inside and can take on traffic. He sucks when he's out in space.

depending on the scheme he fits both inside and outside. Not sure what you're talking about today.

ILB in a 3-4 may deal with more blockers than an MLB in a 4-3. I don't think he can handle that. I felt he struggled very much in a 4-3 as it was.

Well I will say that Mitchell sucks whether he fits or not. We can do better, but until we find someone better, he isn't going anywhere.

that's because he was horrible at gap assignments. that's not because he was poor at shedding blockers. Yeah.. his gap issues will kill him in the 34 too... but he should be fine as a 34 linebacker physically.

Mitchell played about one half at Middle Linebacker this year before he got hurt. He moved inside and the game that he moved he got hurt...

Well besides his fit in 3-4, I personally feel Buffalo will draft an ILB in Round 2, someone like Spikes from Florida or Mcclain in Round 1.

Personally... Before Byrd, Mitchell was my favorite defensive player on the team!
I'd like to see him stick around

I've been asking for this long before he created a Twitter account.
