Every year, the Senior Bowl gives players a chance to make an impression on NFL scouts before April’s NFL Draft.
Maryland safety Terrell Skinner took advantage of the opportunity.
Skinner had three tackles as his North team beat the South, 31-13, Jan. 30 in Mobile, Ala.
The 6-foot-2, 214 pound Skinner also showcased his skills throughout four days of highly competitive practice, more than holding his own against the top senior players in the country.
The game featured 22 AP All-Americans, including former Florida Heisman Trophy Winner Tim Tebow.
“It [was] a great honor to be here with all the great players in the nation, and to be recognized,” Skinner said. “It’s a big accomplishment for me in itself.
