I would take torry holt easily. We dont have to deal with the T.O. circus and Holt is a legitamite number 2 (much better than other options out there)

They are both too old.

We need help at WR so Holt would be acceptable as a fall-back plan, but I think we can do better.

I would definitely bring Torry Holt in for a look, he is a finesse receiver, there shouldn't be an enormous amount of wear and tear on his body, he would be a nice 1 year option, so long as the price is right.

i''ve always liked Holt, and wouldnt mind the f.o. taking a look at him, but as many have already posted he may not have much left in him. also we have alot of options at wide out on the roster already (not saying they're worthy of starting)

Cheap, temporary stop gap options at positions of need.

Are we trying to be competitive this season, or are we just looking to start a bunch of young guys and build towards next season? That is the question!

Holt is done.

He had 50+ catches for 700 yards in a non-pass happy offense. How is that done??

If TO and Reed are out the door, I'd love Holt for a 1-2 year bridge while we groom a young guy. Do you know how much he could teach Evans and our young receivers? The guy is a player and a coach at this stage. Put him in the slot as our #3 and get him out there with Hardy and Evans. Done and done.

As for Thomas, the only reason he is gone is because they have two from 1st rounders at tackle who are ready to go. He is definitely worth signing and WILL garner a lot of attention around the league, especially with the number of teams who have a need at LT. Sure his best days are behind him, but he is still better than average. I'd be interested as a 1-2 year bridge for him as well. Better yet, I'd love one of the teams drafting ahead of us that need a LT sign him so another LT falls to us at #9.

I'm generally not big on signing older, fading stars who have little left except their names. But we have so many primary holes to fill, and so little depth at several positions, that I would consider both - as one or two year stop gaps, until we get our talent level to where it needs to be.

Holt is going to Chicago.

Thomas is history.

Well let's see 3 Td's last year and 0 this year. Also Holt is not the kind of WR we need. I wouldn't be surprised if he goes to Chicago to reunite with Martz.

Holt was used as a number one wr he isn't that anymore but we don't havea number one either s lets get a number 1 WR Holt could be a number 3, as for Thomas yeah I wouldgive him a shot.

Please explain how Bulaga reminds you of Mike Williams. Williams maybe, Davis... ok. But Bulaga? How is he anything like Mike Williams?
