    Tully Banta-Cain

He's an impending free agent LB with the Patriots. He would be a tremendous pickup IMO.

I think we have to try and land a LB in free agency. There are plenty. Demeco Ryans, Karlos Dansby, Scott Fujita, Kirk Morrison, just to name some.

If we can add one of these guys, and maybe draft McClain...Our defense would be looking so much better.

Yea, I hear ya (sarcasm). Started 10 games this year, got 10 sacks. His best year in the NFL thus far.

I unfortunately get to watch every Pats game, living here in New England. Cain is a very good linebacker.

Tully is a pretty good player and a good team guy.

I'd be surprised if the Pats don't re-sign him, as they seem to be interested in bringing him back and he has said his preference is to return.

Yeah, even though he was in danger of not making the team last year, I think they would sign him if they even thought we were interested.

Not against the Bills he wasn't.

5 of his 9 sacks on the season came in the two games against Buffalo.

Banta-Cain was very productive this year... if he hits free agency (doubtful) then snag him up

Banta Cain loves the Bills. Our swiss cheese line probably more than doubled the salary he was going to get. Or how many of you pining for him would be so fired up if he had 5 sacks instead of 10?

So he had 4 sacks against competent OTs, doesn't say much. Worth a look at a low price. He didn't do much in SF.
