All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

In the same week the Chargers decided to release running back LaDainian Tomlinson, San Diego also opted not to tender running back Darren Sproles, freeing him to leave the team in free agency without any compensation, said a source.
That's interesting. They've reportedly been in trade talks with regards to Antonio Cromartie. Makes me wonder if they will look to trade him to the Jets for Thomas Jones.

The problem is that if they're looking to trade for a RB, the deal almost certainly has to contain Antonio Cromartie (plus whatever else is needed). Not sure we need him. Though Cromartie's value is pretty low and he is a decent man CB, which we might need with the defense switch. Depends on if we're playing primarily zone or man. Usually 3-4 D's play man, but some (e.g. GB) play zone.
