All: The new Billszone site with the updated software is scheduled to be turned on Tuesday, May 21, 2024. The company that built it, Dynascale, estimates a FOUR HOUR shut down, from 8pm Pacific, (5pm Eastern) while they get it up and running. Nobody will be able to post in any forum until they are done. Afterwards, you may need to do a web search for the site, as old links will not work, because the site is getting a new IP address. Please be patient. If there are bugs, we will tackle them one at a time. Remember the goal is to be up and running with no glitches by camp. Doing this now assures us of that, because it gives us all summer to get our ducks in a row. Thank you!

There is work to be done and things to be learned. We are going to try to get the old look back - or something close to it. We also know there are bugs. A thread will be started to report bugs and then we can pass those onto the host.
Thank you for all the patience and support with this - hopefully this will greatly reduce the crashes and other site issues we have had lately.

Derek Anderson to get cut, would we be interested?
I've heard that he's going to get cut on Friday.
Do you think the Bills would have any interest in him?
Personally (and just my opinion here) I don't think so. . To me he'll fit that mold of backup QB that could start if needed and at best may compete in a team's weak QB camp.. But I think we already have that in Fitzpatrick.

i'd take derek anderson if there was a draft at one bills drive sneaking under the door to someone's office and he was willing to lay on the floor for 9 hours a day to block the draft.

meh.
Is he better than what we have? Probably.
Is he the future- the QB that is going to put this team over the top? Most likely not.
Having him wouldn't hurt and I won't be mad if we do go after him, but I don't really see him as the long-term solution either. I'd just as soon leave it alone.

Hell yes. I don't know what caused him to regress but I'd atleast investigate where his mind and priorities are and give him a chance - it's not like we have a franchise QB at the moment!

I know Cleveland was a really bad team last year, but my only memory of Anderson is him going 2-17 against us and finishing with like a 6.3 qb rating in one of the worst football games I've ever watched. So no thanks.
