        Campbell isn't even worth a 3rd, it'd be like trading something valuable for another version of JP... only a tad smarter

                  Why would they tender him for anything less? He's been a starting QB for how long? Why risk him signing somewhere else? This way, they can decide what to trade him for. They'd be ecstatic if they got a first for him, so that's why they gave him that tender.
