EAST RUTHERFORD - Tiki Barber needed only three words to describe Jeff Feagles' first official practice as the Giants' punter.
"That," Barber said, "was impressive."
Late Monday afternoon, against a stiff wind, Feagles delivered booming punt after booming punt, placing the ball seemingly at will in either corner of the end zone. Teammates and coaches watched in amazement, with many stopping to offer congratulations once Feagles' work was done....
