Any free agency tracking sites?

Does anyone have any good sites that have a list of the free agents with real time updates (at least the first few days of FA) on the teams they have been moved to?

I'm personally a huge fan of the NFL homepage of rotoworld.com.

It does a good job of consolidating news in little blurbs from all different sites. IMO, if you want news about the entire NFL, that's one of the better sites. They also give their opinion on various news items, saying whether or not they actually believe it (e.g. if McNabb will stay in Philly or not).
