Chiefs fans seem to be pretty upset they even let this guy get to free agency.

Good depth at worst.

The team has been loaded with backups for years. Too bad they don't have any starters.

This is a pretty good article on him:

He looks like a decent backup OL, swing T/G/C type.

Perfect Brad Butler replacement type. Utility lineman who can play every OL spot. Good pickup!

-Your Houston Texans were supposedly scheduled to entertain Wade Smith (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/players/1268/Wade_Smith), an offensive lineman most recently employed by the Kansas City Chiefs (http://www.sbnation.com/nfl/teams/KAN), today. Word is, however, that Smith's set to sign with the Bills (http://www.arrowheadpride.com/2010/3/6/1359803/former-chiefs-ol-wade-smith).

Well if the money offer is the same, you obviously choose the Texans. I hate that we let guys leave.

I'm in sales, I never leave or let the people leave.

Shaub or ? as QB?

Andre Johnson or Lee Evans?

Houston weather/stadium or Buffalo weather/stadium?

It's not an indictment on anything that's is permanent just on our current roster. You gotta pay the guys if your a perennial loser.

They hyperlink in that blog references a post from a Chiefs blog that was around 10:30 AM EST. I think they're basing their information on the press conference that didn't happen.
